Five Thurlow Nunn Leagues have made it through to the Third Round Proper of the FA Vase and the draw has seen them kept apart.

Two of the sides have been drawn to play away to Spartan South Midlands League teams with Fakenham Town travelling to Leighton Town and Lakenheath to Biggleswade United. Leighton are third in the table and unbeaten at home while Biggleswade United are fourth.

The League’s remaining First Division sides, Whittlesey Athletic and Sporting Bengal United, both beat Step 5 opponents in Saturday’s 2nd Round matches and must do so again if they are to progress further in the competition. Whittlesey have been drawn at home to Essex Senior League Romford, while Sporting Bengal are at home to Deal Town, currently fourth in the Southern Counties East League.

The fifth Thurlow Nunn League side, Norwich United, are to be at home to the current holders of the competition – Newport Pagnell Town from the United Counties League.

Matches are scheduled to be played on Saturday 3rd December 2022.
