Congratulations to Downham Town and Sporting Bengal United on their Play-off Final victories this afternoon, and promotion to Step 5.

Downham beat Harwich & Parkeston 4-0 while Sporting Bengal United needed a penalty shoot out to shade Stanway Pegasus after the match finished 2-2.

Unfortunately, Thetford Town lost their Step 4/5 Play-off match 2-0 at Barton Rovers and will remain at Step 5 next season.
