The League is pleased to advise that the Fair Play Award for January and February 2025 has been won jointly by FC Parson Drove and Holbeach United. Congratulations to both clubs, each of which will shortly receive an award of £250, together with 4 Mitre Ultimatch One footballs.
Attached below are details of the cautions/red cards/misconduct charges over the two months, from which you will see that both FC Parson Drove and Holbeach United collected just 3 yellow cards each over the period. Congratulations and thanks also go to Framlingham Town, who have maintained their top 3 position. I think it also worth noting that the next 6 clubs in the table, Leiston, Pinchbeck United, Harwich & Parkeston, Long Melford, Swaffham Town and Burnham Ramblers have all seen their position steadily improve over the season. Thanks, too, to those clubs.
The next award for March and April will be made at the League Presentation Dinner and Dance on 17th May 2025. Any efforts that can be made to improve discipline on the pitch and in the technical areas will be very much appreciated.
The slate is now wiped clean and all clubs have the opportunity to win the next award of £250. Also, there are five additional awards (totalling £1,500) relating to discipline over the season, which will also be paid out at the League Presentation Dinner and Dance.
