The draw for the First Qualifying Round of the FA Cup has been made and the two Thurlow Nunn League teams definitely through both face daunting ties against Isthmian League Premier Division sides.
Mildenhall Town have been drawn away to former Thurlow Nunn League side Brightlingsea Regent, while Ipswich Wanderers entertain recent FA Trophy winners Hornchurch.
The winners of Tuesday’s Sheringham v Fakenham Town replay will be away to either Lowestoft Town or Haverhill Rovers. Rovers have been reinstated into the competition after their opponents in the previous round were found to have fielded an ineligible player.
The sixth side remaining in the competition, Soham Town Rangers, will entertain Hendon, currently bottom of Step 3 Southern League Premier Division South, if they beat Potton United in their replay on Tuesday evening.
The matches are scheduled to be played on Saturday 3rd September.
