Stowmarket Town leapfrogged to the top of the Premier Division after a Josh Mayhew hat trick helped them to a 5-0 win at Brantham Athletic on Tuesday evening. Second placed Norwich United ended Wroxham‘s 100% record as the two local rivals drew 1-1 at Plantation Park. Another 100% record to go was that of Stanway Rovers who lost 2-0 at home to FA Cup heroes Whitton United.

The top four in First Division North played against each other with Ipswich Wanderers retaining top spot after a first half Lewis Kincaid goal earned them a 1-0 victory at Debenham LC. Lakenheath are now second following an impresssve 4-0 home win over Downham Town. Reece Clarke netted a hat trick for the Suffolk side as Downham dropped their first points of the season. Sheringham moved up to 5th after coming from behind to win 3-2 at Norwich CBS.

Second half goals from Callum Vincent and Jamie Baker gave new First Division South leaders Halstead Town a hard earned 2-0 victory over the team had been leaders, Wivenhoe Town. Moving into second place are Wormley Rovers. Their 3-0 win away to Hackney Wick means they have won all three of their league games, with a goal difference of 10-0.
