An injury time goal from Dan Brown secured a 2-1 victory for Histon at Ely City on Saturday to take them 3 points clear at the top of the Premier Division. Walsham le Willows have now moved up from sixth to third courtesy of a Andy Cusack header giving them a 1-0 win over Wroxham.

Stowmarket Town and Woodbridge Town, now 4th and 5th, fought out a 1-1 draw at Notcutts in front of over 300 fans. An early Josh Mayhew header for visitors Stow was cancelled out by an injury time goal by Jake Rudge.

At the bottom of the Premier Division Framlingham Town ended a run of 9 straight defeats with an impressive 3-1 win at Long Melford while Hadleigh United continued their move up the table with their fourth successive victory, beating second from bottom Great Yarmouth Town 2-1.

Stand out result in First Division North was March Town United’s 6-2 win at Norwich CBS. A hat trick from the league’s leading goalscorer Jack Friend helped March move up to fourth in the table, swapping places with their opponents. The three leading teams had mixed results. While Harleston Town won 5-1 at Felixstowe & Walton United Reserves and Swaffham Town left Debenham LC with a 2-1 success, Mulbarton Wanderers lost 3-1 at enigmatic Diss Town

Hashtag United went 6 points clear at the top of First Division South after turning a 1-0 deficit at home to May & Bakers into a 3-1 victory. At the other end Newbury Forest moved off the bottom winning 2-0 at Wivenhoe Town, their first win in 15 matches.
