Wroxham and Norwich United have opened up a 4 point gap at the top of the Premier Division after Saturday’s matches. Wroxham won 4-0 at Long Melford with all the goals coming in the second half, while Norwich United beat Newmarket Town 4-1. Walsham le Willows are up to fourth after beating Haverhill Rovers 4-0. Kieran Twinn scored all of Walsham’s goals, and all in the second half. It was Rovers’ third successive 4-0 defeat.

Wanderers deposed Lakenheath who lost their 100% record with a surprise 2-1 loss at Debenham LC. Fakenham Town, March Town United and Downham Town all gained 3 points to keep up the pressure on the leaders.
Little Oakley returned to the top of First Division South by beating Hackney Wick 3-1, while previous leaders Frenford were held 1-1 at a determined Wivenhoe Town. A 1-0 success at Harwich & Parkeston has seen Newbury Forest climb to 3rd, the highest ever position in their history. White Ensign are now in an ominous fourth place after surviving a Halstead Town comeback in a 3-2 win at the Millbank Stadium.
