Congratulations to Long Melford on reaching the League Challenge Cup Final after an epic semi final battle against Benfleet last night. The tie was settled by a stoppage time winner from Will Wingfield to secure a 4-3 success.

Long Melford now play Fakenham Town in the final at Diss Town FC on Bank Holiday Monday May 6th, kick off 3.00pm.
